  • DVD Video
    • Experiencing Video Jitters and choppy video playback.
    • If you are experiencing poor video playback, first check and be sure you are using the correct Playback Device. The Player can be a standalone DVD playback device or a computer with a drive the DVD-ROM logo imprinted on the front of its Tray. ( May be difficult to Read)
    • Once you have verified its play back hardware compatibility, then eject the disc from its tray, and be sure the disc is it face up in the tray, and there are no scratches or fingerprints on the underside.
  • Proper Disc Cleaning Procedures
  • If the DVD surface feels sticky or greasy, mix some baby shampoo in lukewarm water and use cotton or soft cloth to gently rub the CD surface with this solution. Make sure the CD is completely dry (no water drops) before putting it back in the jewel case.
  • Always wipe the disc surface in a non-radial back-and-forth motion (from the center hole to the outer edge). Don't follow the concentric circles while cleaning.
  • Some websites and products out there suggest products like alcohol, Isopropyl, Alcohol/Ethanol/Methanol and petroleum based solvent like Acetone. These products are generally very damaging to the disc integrity and can ruin the disc even after one use. OneWay Media does not recommend any product other then water. Please be cautious as not to soak the label with water, as the label can be ruined as it is a paper product.
